U.S taking back the toys they made in China

U.S Comsumptive Merchandise Safety Committee declared recently that the Crib Mobile Toys made by American merchants in China will be taken back, because the batteries in this toy are easy to leak, and consequently will do harm to the babies.
From the picture, we can see that this salping-like toy, with several baby-face pendent, can be fixed on the rail of cribs. This toy is made in China, but the manufacturer is the some company in New York.
